The time has come for yet another Twespians…
For those who are new, Twespians is a gathering of theatre professionals from all walks of life, whether it be admin, production or critics/bloggers. It’s a chance for people who usually only talk online to come together, have a few drinks and make new connections with like-minded folk. We have people from every level of the industry, so whether you are a student or a CEO, feel free to come along. The only caveat is that you love theatre.
The venue is at the lovely Old Red Cow on Long Lane in London. It is a short walk from Barbican or Farringdon Tube Station, and is just across the road from Smithfield Market. We have the entire upstairs again, including the piano, so bring along your singing/playing mood when things get merry later on in the evening.
Also, for the first time we have a special treat for everyone. Details are being firmed up and shall be announced in the coming week, so hold on to your hats.

We are pleased to announce the next Twespians event is happening on Monday May 10 at the Old Red Cow in London!
After the roaring success of the last event, we have decided to make Twespians a regular event and to celebrate shall be having another Twespians Tweetup! It’s another chance for theatre tweeps to come down, have a drink and have a chat in a cosy little pub just near Barbican Station. In addition, there’s a piano sitting unloved in the room we have booked, so any pianists out there should bring along their talent and we may get some drunken renditions of the classics before the night is done!
We have the entire upstairs booked from 7:00pm and all you need to do is head over to http://twespians2.eventbrite.com/ and register your ticket. Make sure you get in quick, as there is a limit on space in our lovely new venue.
Keep an eye on this blog, as we will be releasing details on the upcoming Twespians tweetup, including partners/sponsors, as well as other Twespian events and news.
If you are interested in helping out, we will need a few volunteers to do things like photograph, be door bitch and other random things. All you need to do is drop either myself (@lurkmoophy) or Laura (@lauratosney) a shout on Twitter!
